These terms apply to all users of the domain humswear.com and humswear.se and their sub-domains (henceforth: the site). The Terms and Conditions will be valid for all your future transactions with Humswear AB (henceforth: Hums; may be referred to as ’us’) and visits to the site. Hums reserves the right to revise these terms and conditions. The date of the latest update is found in the final section of the Terms and Conditions. Users are responsible for keeping themselves updated with such changes.
Hums does not guarantee that all items included in the Hums web shop are in stock at the time of your order. In the event of a backorder, Hums will contact you shortly by phone or by e-mail. Hums cannot promise that the content of the site is free of inaccuracies or typographical errors at all times. Neither can we guarantee that all information is up-to-date. Hums may, at any time, amend the content of the site. Although Hums strives to display the correct texts, images and pricing on the site and web shop, errors may occur. If you have been charged the wrong amount in the web shop, Hums will give you the option of placing a new order with the correct price or canceling your order. Hums, however, reserves the right to cancel any order prior to dispatch should we find that the price is incorrect. In such case we will notify you by email. If we are unable to contact you, your order will be automatically cancelled. Part of the services mediated through the site are maintained by outside organizations. In situations where Hums acts as agent for such services, we cannot be held responsible for any errors resulting from their activities. Hums cannot be held responsible for any damaged caused from using the site or, for that matter, not being able to use the site. Hums cannot guarantee problem-free, uninterrupted, and secure access to the site.
When using Hums Website and/or placing an order on Hums Website you confirm that you have read our Terms and Conditions and that you accept them. Please make sure that you have read and understood the Terms and Conditions before you place an order.
Please note that items in your cart are not reserved, they may be purchased by other customers until you have purchased the order at checkout and received a order confirmation.
As soon as your order is placed, an order confirmation is sent to the email address you registered in the checkout. The order confirmation contains your order number, details of the item that you ordered, payment and delivery details. Please note that the confirmation e-mail is only an acknowledgement that we have received your order, is not an acceptance of the order.
Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, a shipping confirmation will be sent with all relevant information about your order.
Hums accepts payments with VISA, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, and Klarna.
If you pay by credit card the order amount will be held on your card once your order has been placed. Your card will be charged as soon as your order is confirmed. You will then receive a confirmation containing a receipt of the purchase.
We do our best to make our Website as secure as possible to shop at. Your card payment is securely handled using the latest security technology available. All information is encrypted using SSL encryption, which prevents unauthorized access to card details.
At Hums we offer different delivery methods. We aim to ship all orders within 24 hours on business days. Please note that shipping times may be affected during peak periods (e.g. sale, holidays and new releases) and the processing of your order may then take longer than usual.
Returns and exchanges
You are entitled to return your order free of charge within 14 days after receiving the delivery (return must be shipped by day 14). The package may be opened upon receipt but all items returned must be unused (in the same condition received). All original packaging must also be returned unused. Items returned after 14 days of receiving the delivery will be sent back to the customer. Please note we do not refund shipping fees.
If you wish to exchange to a different style, size or color, please return your unwanted item and place a new order for the desired item. We will refund your returned item once we have received it at our warehouse. Please note we do not refund shipping fees.
Please follow these steps to return your item:
- Register your return by emailing email@example.com
- Place the items in the original boxes (inner and outer boxes if applicable). If the original outer box is not available, a similar sized box must be used.
- Attach the return label on top of the original shipping label.
- Drop the parcel at your closest access point..
Any shipping costs paid will not be refunded.
Please retain a copy of your return receipt in case anything should happen during the return process.
Receiving a faulty item
If you receive a faulty item, please notify us immediately. According to the Consumer Act (1990: 932) customers are entitled to complain about faulty items within three years. Please note that normal wear and tear do not constitute a faulty item. Customer should notify Hums within reasonable time from first purchase. To be clear, two to six months is always reasonable.

Our trademarks include (amongst others) the Hums name and logo. These trademarks may be used or registered in more than one country and your use of this website does not grant you any rights to use our trademarks.
All personal information saved at the site will be handled with the most utmost care. The information that we store will not be sold or used for any purposes other than ensuring the best service possible. It will solely be used for informing you about special offers and other marketing opportunities related to the different divisions of Hums. Your personal data may be disclosed to third parties only when it is necessary to fulfill the purposes described above. When registering with the site, you have the option not to receive any information from Hums. If you wish to end your Hums subscription , you may make the changes in your account settings or send an email to hello@Hums.com. State your name and email address and a short description of the matter in the email message.
You have the right to review your information on file at any time. This can be accessed by emailing shop@Hums.com. If the data is incomplete or incorrect, you have the right to have the information corrected. All customers paying by card are subject to validation checks. Hums reserves the right to delay any order if fraud is suspected. For security reasons, we do not store any payment information in our database.
Hums use Secure Socket Layers (SSL), the industry standard in transferring information to process your orders. Hums web shop uses the Thawte SSL Certificates, which secures communications by encrypting all data to and from the site. When placing an order, you can immediately check the security validity by clicking the Thawte icon at checkout. For security reasons, we do not store any payment information in our database.
Cookies are used on the site to improve your browsing experience. In addition to use for statistical purposes, coookies identifies your computer and allows the site to recall your personal settings. You browser can be set to send a notification when a cookie is activated. This allows you to deny use of this cookie or to delete the cookie at the end of your visit. The web shop cannot be accessed if cookies are disabled.
The site may contain links to other websites beyond our reach. We cannot be held liable for content or privacy policies of such sites.
We cannot guarantee that colors on the website will be true to life. This depends partly on the color settings of your computer and monitor.
Violation of rules
Hums reserves the right to seek all solutions available at law and in equity for violations of these Terms and Conditions, including the right to block access to the site. Individuals violating the restriction of password-protected areas of the site may be subject to prosecution.
In case of Force Majeure, Hums obligations will be suspended. The contract between you and Hums can, in such cases, be partially or fully terminated by yourself or by Hums. A Force Majeure is in the event of war, civil war, revolution, riot, governmental measures, strike, lockout, blockage, failure of electricity, telephone or internet service, natural disasters or similar events. Under such circumstances, Hums will attempt to resolve all issues in a timely manner.
Duties & taxes
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Hums cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package upon delivery. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Note, on rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.
