We usually ship the products within 2 days after placed order. We are working with DHL Express as our shipping partner. You will receive a notification from DHL as soon your package has been picked up.
Returns
For online purchases, Hums will refund the purchase price of merchandise that is returned in its original condition and accompanied by original Hums packaging and security return/exchange label intact and attached to the item. Customized products cannot be returned.
You must inform Hums of your intention to return the merchandise before January 15th. You need to use the return label provided with each shipment to return your purchase. Refunds will be issued in after the merchandise have been logged in our warehouse as returned. A return fee of 99 sek will be withdrawn from your original payment when the refund is made.
